Service Scope

Estimates and Service Scope

Any pre-inspection guidance is indicative. Final service scope depends on appliance condition, fault type, parts required, and service complexity.

Parts and Warranty

Warranty coverage, when applicable, is limited to specific service work or replaced parts. Physical damage and misuse are not covered.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access to appliances, accurate issue information, and timely payment after service completion.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please inform us in advance for rescheduling or cancellation of booked slots so we can allocate technicians efficiently.

Limitation of Liability

A1 Services is not responsible for indirect losses, delays due to external conditions, or pre-existing internal defects not visible during initial inspection.
